Job summary

HP is seeking a Configuration Operations Team Lead to manage a designated technology area and customer group. The role requires technical expertise to proactively resolve incidents, build senior-level relationships, and identify opportunities for service revenue growth.

You will work independently on moderate scope problems and support knowledge sharing across teams. Typical candidates have 2–4 years of relevant HP experience, a four-year degree, and ITIL awareness.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in CS, IS, or related discipline.
• Typically 2-4 years of work experience in HP products, customer base, account management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operates designated technology area with moderate risk and complexity.
• Integrates technical acumen with business insight to formulate customer solutions.
• Resolves most incidents independently; collaborates on complex or cross-technology issues.
• Proactively addresses issues and notifies management of escalations.
• Identifies potential supplementary services to drive future revenue.
• Advises on contract renewals and influences delivery decisions for accounts.
• Builds strong relationships up to senior management in assigned accounts.
• Develops conclusions and reports, sharing knowledge to foster learning.
