Job summary

Armtec Defense Technologies, located in Camden, AR, seeks a Document Control Specialist to manage technical data, TDPL/ADL reviews, and document control for government and customer contracts. The role supports ISO standards and ERP data maintenance within the INFOR LN system.

The position requires detail-oriented, technically proficient candidates with DoD contracts experience and strong communication skills. 4/10 workweek with occasional overtime; authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Responsible for all customer provided technical data and related documents
• Coordinate/Facilitate Change Control Board (CCB)
• Maintain and control current and archived technical data
• Support ERP INFOR LN item master data
• Ensure ISO 9001-2015 documentation compliance
• Prepare and maintain technical data books and TDPL/ADL reviews

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reliable configuration data management system in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 and customer requirements.
• Maintain online 'paperless' system for controlled configuration items.
• Manage/Facilitate Configuration Change Board (CCB) to approve and release changes.
• Use software like Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat to achieve configuration objectives.
• Navigate websites to access external government and commercial drawings and specs (WARP, Assist).
• Create configuration exhibits such as flow diagrams and organization charts.
• Provide support and training for document control systems.
• Support LAT reports and DCMA/customer disposition and maintain lot documentation.
