Job summary

Armtec Defense Technologies in Camden, AR seeks a Document Control Specialist to manage customer technical data for build and packaging. You will review TDPL/ADL, maintain EBOMs, and support DoD contract documentation within INFOR LN ERP and related systems.

You will coordinate the Change Board, maintain data books, and ensure accurate archival of specifications and drawings while training staff and upholding ethics and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associates level degree or 2 years CM experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DoD Contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Technical writing and typing required.
• Detail oriented; critical thinker.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• English language proficiency; all configuration items are in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001-2015 documentation and customer requirements.
• Support a paperless online system for controlled configuration items.
• Manage Configuration Change Board (CCB) to release changes.
• Use MS Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat for configuration needs.
• Access external documents via WARP, Assist, and related sites.
• Create configuration exhibits like flow diagrams and org charts.
• Maintain ethical standards and comply with policies.
• Support training and issue resolution across the site.
