A2 Federal is seeking a Configuration Management professional to maintain CI lists, software baselines, licenses, and detailed diagrams for all production capabilities. You will track changes in ServiceNow and coordinate monthly CCB and ERB meetings with the IGEA team.

Responsibilities include enforcing change management processes, integrating new requirements weekly, and developing templates and reports to support governance and documentation practices.

Formación

• Experience implementing configuration and change management per NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5.
• Maintain CI list, software baseline, licensing tracking.
• Produce and maintain architectural and functional drawings.
• Collaborate with team to enforce change management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform configuration and change management per NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5; maintain and enforce the CI list; manage software baseline and licensing tracking.
• Produce and maintain current architectural and functional drawings for production capabilities.
• Track IGEA changes in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Host and document CCB and ERB meetings, held monthly, and prepare reports.
