Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of CM and version-control experience on similar programs/contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline (or four extra CM years in lieu).
• Experience implementing hardware and software baselines and version control systems.
• If supporting a developmental program: at least one year using a source code control system (e.g., Git, SVN).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enforcement of hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain configuration baselines and ensure proper versioning of all CIs.
• Manage end-to-end configuration control, including change tracking, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Utilize CM tools (e.g., DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items.
• Support build, integration, testing, and release environments, ensuring configuration integrity and traceability.
• Develop and document CM processes, including automated build and release procedures.
• Perform configuration audits and support Change Control Board activities.
