Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to support a mission-critical NGA program. You will identify, organize, and control software and hardware configuration changes across the program's systems to maintain accuracy and traceability.

You will coordinate version management, system builds, backups, archiving, and change management, while ensuring baselines for applications, software, and hardware assets meet audit and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 additional years of relevant information technology experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting financial systems audits.
• Working knowledge of FISMA and FISCAM requirements and their application to configuration management.
• Demonstrated experience managing configuration and change management processes for software and hardware assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, organize, and control software and hardware configuration changes throughout the system lifecycle
• Coordinate processes for version management, system build, backup and recovery, and archiving
• Maintain baseline configurations for applications, software, and hardware assets
• Manage the change management process, including review, approval, and documentation of proposed changes
• Support financial systems audits by ensuring configuration and change records meet audit and compliance requirements
• Ensure configuration management practices align with FISMA and FISCAM requirements
• Maintain configuration management plans, libraries, and tools to ensure accuracy and traceability of system assets
• Coordinate with development, testing, and security teams to assess the impact of configuration changes
• Prepare and deliver configuration status accounting reports to program leadership and government stakeholders
