Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a Configuration Manager / Help Desk Specialist to manage CMDB baselines, asset lifecycles, and incident resolution from Tier 1 to 2 support. You will bridge operations and service delivery while ensuring changes align with baseline standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in IT operations, experience with Jira/ServiceNow, and TS/SCI with polygraph. The role emphasizes audits, compliance and documentation to support mission needs.

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years combined in IT operations, configuration management, asset tracking, or help desk support.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update CMDB hardware, software, and network inventories.
Track configuration requests and support Change Control Boards (CCBs).
Monitor equipment lifecycle from procurement to deployment and disposition.
Conduct configuration audits and support RMF/NIST compliance reviews.
Triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user IT incidents.
Provision user accounts and deploy software packages (SCCM etc.).
Create and update knowledge base articles and troubleshooting steps.
