Job summary

RESPEC is seeking an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. The role focuses on managing CCM processes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with NIST/DOI/IA requirements while contributing as an intermediate-level Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have strong CCM expertise, PMI/PMBOK familiarity, and experience in at least one related IT delivery discipline such as Quality & Test Management, IT Asset Management, or

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Change Control, Configuration Management, and/or Release Management in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with CMDBs or similar enterprise configuration-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate configuration-management plans, policies, and artifacts.
• Coordinate change-control and release-management activities across stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and document decisions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, and status reports.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs in alignment with priorities.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and vendors to ensure contract and policy compliance.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and implement mitigation strategies.
