Job summary

Pinnacle Solutions, an Akima company, seeks a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst III to develop, implement, and maintain CM and data management processes across programs. You will ensure integrity, traceability, and control of baselines, software, hardware, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in Configuration Management, Data Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance required.
• Any clearance requirements for this position are established by the government contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Configuration Management and Data Management plans, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Apply CM principles and Digital Engineering practices utilizing MIL-HDBK-61, MIL-HDBK-539, and other requirements.
• Evaluate changes to determine impacts on baselines across engineering, production, procurement, quality, and operations.
• Lead CM meetings and Change Control Boards to ensure timely review and disposition of changes.
• Maintain baselines, libraries, repositories, release records, and configuration documentation systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, quality assurance, manufacturing, supply chain, cybersecurity, and subcontractors to maintain configuration integrity.
• Support audits, process assessments, and corrective actions; prepare documentation for reviews and milestones.
