Job summary

Cepeda Systems and Software Analysis in Houston, TX, is seeking a motivated Configuration Management Analyst to support NASA Johnson Space Center's Cargo Mission Operations. Responsibilities include developing responses to engineering change requests and reviewing program changes for impacts.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years' experience in configuration management and/or data management, or technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or evaluate and respond to Programmatic and Engineering Change Requests (CR).
• Review and evaluate Program changes for potential impacts.
• Process CRs and Change Directives (CDs), assign CR numbers, and track/status changes.

Skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science

Tools

Familiarity with version control processes/tools
