Job summary

You will manage CM boards, maintain data in SharePoint and ServiceNow, and coordinate with engineering to ensure compliant change management.

• Familiar with CM processes, baselines, and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute agendas for Program Change boards.
• Submit topics weekly and support schedule alignment.
• Post presentations to SharePoint for collaboration.
• Identify CM topics through working group participation.
• Serve as Secretariat: meeting minutes and coordination.
• Plan and execute CM tasks with engineering teams.
• Maintain baselines, CM items, and CM documentation.
• Monitor CM databases and required updates.
• Facilitate change requests: submission, review, approval, implementation.
• Maintain ECR reports, action logs, and monthly schedules.
• Review presentations for accuracy and security considerations.
• Manage, route, and archive documentation.
• Update data in ServiceNow and related repositories.
• Deliver Level 3 change sets and cross-team action items.
