Pro Staff is seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst in Columbia, MD to support engineering programs by managing product changes, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring configuration management compliance. • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of configuration management experience.
• Experience with configuration control, status accounting, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering and product design changes for configuration impact.
• Maintain configuration management documentation and records.
• Support change control processes, audits, and review activities
• Prepare configuration status reports and technical data packages.
• Coordinate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and documentation.
• Research parts, materials, and technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards.
• Train and support teams on configuration management procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
