Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Configuration Analyst to configure customer implementations for our SaaS applications, focusing on portals and pay gateways. You will translate customer requirements into portal configurations and ensure data integrity across inbound files.

Join a collaborative team with PMs, developers and QA analysts. You will document options, train teams, and maintain customer configuration profiles while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with software development and/or QA testing
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical materials

We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring’s proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers.

Essential Functions

• Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations
• Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
• SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
• Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
• Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
• Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
• Some direct client communication is required

• Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
• Great Attention to Detail and strong follow through skills

Education:
