Job summary

RevSpring seeks a Configuration Analyst to configure customer implementations for our SaaS portal and pay gateway solutions. You will translate client requirements into portal settings, analyze data flows, and act as SME for configuration options across multiple RevSpring applications.

The role involves documenting configurations, training teams, and maintaining profiles while coordinating with project managers, developers and QA analysts. Some client interaction is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or two years’ software development/QA experience.
• Experience with software development and/or QA testing of software applications.
• Strong data integrity and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate customer requirements into portal configurations.
• Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity.
• Serve as SME for configuration options across multiple applications.
• Document and train others on configuration options and profiles.
• Maintain customer configuration profiles and collaborate with PMs, developers and QA.

Job Summary

We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring’s proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers.

Job Title: Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring’s proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers.

Essential Functions

• Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations
• Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
• SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
• Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
• Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
• Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
• Some direct client communication is required

Specific Job Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
• Great Attention to Detail and strong follow through skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Outstanding Communication skills (written and verbal)

Education:
