Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Configuration Analyst to configure customer portals and pay gateways for SaaS applications. You will translate customer requirements into portal configurations, analyze data files for integrity, and document configuration options. Collaboration with project managers, developers, and QA is essential.

The role requires a foundation in SDLC, SQL, and web technologies, with strong communication and customer-service skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher.
• Experience with software development and/or QA testing of software applications.
• Proficient in SQL and data integration concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to portal configurations.
• Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity.
• Act as SME for configuration options across multiple applications.
• Document and train on existing and new configuration options.
