Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Configuration Analyst to tailor new and existing customer implementations across our SaaS applications. You will configure customer portals and pay gateways, ensuring data integrity and smooth integration.

The role requires translating business requirements into precise portal configurations, documenting options, and collaborating with PMs, developers and QA. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of two years’ experience in software development.
• Experience configuring and documenting software applications and data workflows.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into portal configurations.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring’s proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers.

Essential Functions

• Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations
• Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
• SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
• Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
• Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
• Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
• Some direct client communication is required

Specific Job Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
• Great Attention to Detail and strong follow through skills
