Joyce Meyer Ministries is seeking a Conference Travel Project Coordinator to oversee volunteer enrollment, communications, and travel logistics for our conferences and speaking engagements. You will collaborate with Creative Services, hotel sourcing partners, and the Travel Team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires coordinating per diem, driving schedules, and on-site support, with responsibilities spanning hotel contracts, registration pages, and volunteer messaging.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience coordinating conferences or events preferred.
• Strong communication and proofreading skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage volunteer information for Joyce Meyer conferences.
• Edit and proofread emails and invites for volunteers.
• Create driving schedules and per diem requests; arrange carpooling and transportation.
• Coordinate hotel contracts and hotel grids for conferences and speaking events.
• On-site volunteer and hotel coordination during conferences.
