Joyce Meyer Ministries, Inc. is seeking a Conference Travel Project Coordinator to support volunteer enrollment and communications for conferences in Fenton.

You will coordinate driving schedules, per diem calculations, and hotel blocks, working with the hotel sourcing company to secure contracts for each event. The role involves on-site coordination at conferences, ensuring volunteer readiness and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related tools.
• Experience with Concur and Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel contracts, room blocks, and travel logistics.

Responsabilités

• Manage volunteer information for each Joyce Meyer conference.
• Edit and proofread emails and invites from Creative Services.
• Create driving schedules, per diem requests, and carpools.
• Coordinate on-site volunteer and hotel logistics at conferences.
• Establish and maintain hotel grids and oversee contracts.
• Invoice hotels for rebates after conferences and speaking engagements.
