Restaurant Associates in Weehawken, NJ, is seeking a Conference Services Manager to lead guest experiences in a premier corporate dining and conference environment. This on-site role requires delivering elevated service, operational excellence, and financial performance across events.

The position emphasizes managing teams, coordinating event logistics, and maintaining quality standards while supporting a fast-paced call center operations and five-days-a-week on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in conference center dining, hotel F&B, or premium hospitality operations.
• Strong financial, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with hospitality management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead all conference center operations, including meetings, breaks, receptions, catered events, and executive dining.
• Coach and develop coordinators and hourly service teams.
• Coordinate with Conference Services and support teams on timelines, room setups and event logistics.
• Ensure meetings and events are delivered with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Anticipate client and guest needs and provide proactive solutions throughout the event experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operating procedures.
• Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor guest feedback and lead service recovery efforts for premier hospitality.
• Support EMS booking tool administration and site-level configurations.
