The position requires on-site presence five days per week and a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, financial performance, and proactive service.

Qualificações

• Experience in management or supervision in conference center dining, hotel food & beverage, catering, or high-end hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead conference center operations, including meetings, receptions, events, and executive dining.
• Coach and develop coordinators and hourly staff.
• Coordinate with support teams on timelines and logistics.
• Ensure high quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive service recovery.
• Assist with EMS booking tool administration and analytics classification.
