Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for assigned groups, ensuring client needs are met and collaborating with hotel departments to arrange space, A/V, and F&B.
• Provide personalized support to clients and maintain detailed event records for successful execution.
• Participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients (e.g., Operations Briefings, Planning Visits) to ensure alignment.
• Finalize booking requirements, maximize revenue through upselling, and ensure accurate billing and reports.
