Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Conference Services Manager to lead the planning and execution of group events booked by the Sales Department. You will coordinate client requirements across hotel departments to ensure seamless service and profitability.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of hotel conference services experience, strong organization, and the ability to negotiate and adapt under pressure, while upholding the Four Seasons’ renowned

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct hotel/resort conference services experience.
• Willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure, negotiate, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• High work ethic and responsibility within the team.
• Experience with Golden Sales & Catering (Delphi), Opera, CVENT/Prism (or similar), HotSOS, Workday, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Communicate client needs and expectations across all hotel departments.
• Ensure successful group execution and client satisfaction from the resort's perspective.
• Collaborate with clients using menu presentations and event proposals to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate function space usage with Sales to maximize revenue.
• Finalize bookings and upsell while maintaining clear communication with all departments.
• Maintain an active trace/follow-up system.
• Supervise banquet event execution.
• Review function space with banquet manager and head house attendant as needed.
• Prepare banquet checks and review final bills after events.
• Attend meetings with hotel staff and clients for planning and tastings.
