Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Banquet House Attendant to provide exceptional guest service by arranging tables, setting up banquet spaces, and ensuring timely execution of events. You will collaborate with the team to deliver polished settings and attend to guest needs with professionalism in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness according to standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year food service or related work; banquet experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space.
• Retrieve meeting materials and store them securely.
• Follow Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
