Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Meetings and Conventions Manager to plan, organize and manage in-house details for large group bookings. You will coordinate meetings, menus, and rooming needs, while leading hotel staff to deliver superior events.

Role involves negotiating spaces, rates, VIP needs, and ensuring revenue goals are met with excellent service and seamless execution across all event stages.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of banquet/catering services and operations.
• Must supervise and communicate with hotel staff and guests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

• Plan and manage meetings/conventions and related activities.
• Lead event delivery with hotel staff and managers.
• Meet productivity and activity goals.
• Coordinate group business and client follow-ups within 5 days.
• Maintain organized files and client trace system.
• Develop customer profiles to enhance revenues.
• Build relationships through professional interactions.
• Focus on revenue-generating activity and selling time.
• Prepare resumes and paperwork for quality service.
• Oversee billing details for groups with accounting.
