Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel, catering or conference services experience.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
• Proficiency with event-management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning for small to medium group events and share detailed resumes.
• Coordinate logistics, AV needs, and room setups for flawless execution.
• Develop menus with culinary team to maximize F&B revenue.
• Create and distribute BEOs and lead daily BEO meetings.
• Conduct pre-planning meetings with clients and departments.
• Serve as primary client liaison throughout events.
• Manage vendor relationships and advise on partners.
• Support operations across banquet, housing, and floor teams.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and guest service standards.
