Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have significant conference, convention, catering, event planning, or hotel operations experience, preferably within a full-service hotel, conference center, convention hotel, or similarly complex meeting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple conferences, meetings, and events from contract turnover through post-event follow-up.
• Oversee guest room requirements, including room blocks and VIP arrangements.
• Guide clients through menu planning based on agenda, budget, and objectives.
• Coordinate complex AV, technology, and production requirements with clients and partners.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate BEOs and event documentation.
• Develop strong relationships with meeting planners and act as a trusted partner.
• Provide leadership to the Conference Planning Department and uphold planning standards.
