Job summary

RRD is seeking a Hospitality Associate in Newport Beach, CA to deliver a premium on-site experience for clients, guests, and staff. The role focuses on conference room setup, food and beverage coordination, and maintaining a presentation-ready office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in office hospitality, concierge, or reception.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check conference room and meeting schedules and note changes to ensure proper setup.
• Set up conference rooms per client requests, including AV equipment, food, beverages, and supplies.
• Clean up conference rooms and return items to vendors as needed.
• Prepare coffee and beverages in assigned kitchens each morning.
• Maintain pantry and kitchen cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Coordinate with supervisor or client on meeting requests and deadlines.
• Manage catering supplies inventory and place orders for events.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quarterly reviews.
• Assist in training new hires and prioritize workflow.
• Provide reception and office services backup as needed.
