Job summary

Virgin Hotels is seeking a Conference Services Manager to architect extraordinary moments for high-energy launches, CEO roundtables, and multi-day conferences. You’ll own the client journey from contract to invoice, design detailed event plans, and collaborate across culinary, AV, housekeeping, and front office teams for flawless execution.

You will lead pre-event planning, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure operational excellence while upholding Virgin’s service standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years of conference or event services experience in luxury, lifestyle, or boutique hospitality.
Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
Experience with event management software (Delphi) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Own the client journey from signed contract to final invoice, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
Design bespoke event plans with detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for all elements including menus and lighting cues.
Collaborate across departments to deliver flawless execution (culinary, banquet, AV, housekeeping, front office).
Lead pre-event planning with site inspections, tastings, and pre-conference meetings.
Manage the business side with budgets, contracts, and billing with accuracy and profitability.
Ensure operational excellence by monitoring event execution and upholding Virgin Hotels service standards.
