Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience as Executive Chef in a hotel.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification valid.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and basic MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team to deliver guest-focused kitchen service.
• Ensure Virgin Hotels standards and protocols in all outlets.
• Manage scheduling, training, and daily kitchen operations.
• Oversee inventory controls and daily waste monitoring.
• Maintain strong guest interaction and staff leadership on the floor.
