Job summary

Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Revenue Manager to optimize function space revenue and lead business travel sales. The role includes managing the 18-month calendar, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with DOSM/DORM.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Revenue Management experience in an upscale resort, strong Excel/Delphi skills, and a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend Daily Business Review to assist in price quotes and track opportunities.
• Review contracts and addendums; monitor turnover and calendars.
• Maintain an 18 Month Calendar with contract clauses and due dates; participate in monthly reviews.
• Identify space issues and optimize space utilization for groups and catering.
• Manage Corporate ESP Transient market segments and respond to RFPs and ESP arrivals.
• Coordinate with DOSM and DORM in regular meetings and ESP calls.
