The Westin Nashville is seeking a Conference Services Manager to lead the planning and execution of group events from turnover by Sales through final departure. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients and a key connector across hotel teams, ensuring guest rooms, meeting spaces, catering, and special requests are thoughtfully planned and seamlessly delivered.

In this role you’ll coordinate event details, forecast group revenues with hotel departments, and maintain precise client files.

• Experience in hospitality or events management required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and clients.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional client relationships and communications.
