The Westin Nashville is seeking an Event Specialist to support our Events and Sales teams in coordinating group programs, rooms-only groups, internal meetings, and departmental operations. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned groups, ensuring timely, professional communication and seamless guest experiences.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned rooms-only groups from turnover through arrival.
• Coordinate group details, reservations, rooming lists, billing info, deadlines and event docs.
• Support internal meetings and events by arranging space, setup, F&B and communications.
• Assist with event resumes, agendas, reports and client communications.
