Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage in-house details for group and convention bookings (guest rooms, menus, setup).
• Participate in negotiating meetings, rooms, rates and related requirements.
• Ensure maximization of room/meeting space, revenues and profits while delivering quality product.
• Lead event planning from contract signing, VIP needs, amenities, resumes, and rooming lists.
• Attend and lead pre-conference meetings; coordinate pre-con between client and hotel staff.
