You will provide personalized solutions for clients, collaborate with the operations team, and ensure service standards are met from planning through execution in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of planning experience.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and share information with staff.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate details for conferences, meetings and events.
• Plan use of the conference center and communicate with departments.
• Finalize planning details and distribute information to operations.
• Ensure AV equipment is set according to customer standards.
• Provide business center services when requested.
• Track information in the database and generate end-of-day reports.
