Job summary

  • Coordinate and schedule the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium.
  • Provide audio/visual, technology, and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums, integrating services from multiple providers.
  • Evaluate amenity spaces and services, collect requirements from building owner and tenant representatives, and recommend improvements to shared conference and meeting spaces.
  • Support continual demand and capacity analysis for amenity spaces.
  • Develop service descriptions, procedures, and tenant guidance, and help define performance measures for amenity services.
  • Support pre-occupancy meetings, tenant orientations, and building tours.

About Connexus Hub

Connexus Hub Inc. is a woman-owned small business delivering professional, analytical, and program management services to federal agencies. We are building a Washington, DC team to support real estate portfolio management, customer account management, and occupancy operations for a large multi-tenant federal office building.

About the Role

This role coordinates shared amenity spaces and services across a large multi-tenant building, including conference and meeting spaces, a hearing room, and an auditorium, with hands-on audio/visual and technology support.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and schedule the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium.
  • Provide audio/visual, technology, and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums, integrating services from multiple providers.
  • Evaluate amenity spaces and services, collect requirements from building owner and tenant representatives, and recommend improvements to shared conference and meeting spaces.

Additional Information
  • This position is based on site in Washington, DC during core business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Employment is conditioned on the candidate receiving a favorable security investigation for unescorted access to a federal facility. Candidates who already hold a security clearance are encouraged to note it, though a clearance is not required for this role.
