Job summary

Rail Link, Inc. in Fairburn, GA is hiring a Conductor to safely operate rail equipment in yard environments. You will receive hands-on and classroom training, work outdoors in all weather, and support customers' needs in a dynamic rail operation.

This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week role with a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. Physical duties include lifting, climbing, and long walks, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and minimum 18 years old.
• Experience in safety-sensitive environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and situational awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with railroad safety and operating regulations.
• Coordinate train movement with team using signals and radio.
• Operate track switches to route trains.
• Inspect train and equipment for safety in movement and at rest.
• Utilize basic computer skills for electronic reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
