Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend operating rules and regulatory docs.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Experience in safety-sensitive environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate train crews and makeup/breakdown trains.
• Inspect equipment and read bulletins/work orders.
• Communicate via radio/telephone; ensure customer service quality.
• Operate switches and assist with car handling and basic repairs.
• Adhere to FRA regulations and safety rules; pass safety exams.
