Guest Services in Naples, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to direct day-to-day condo property operations, supervising Front Desk, Housekeeping, Event Coordinator, Office Administrator, and Landscaping. The role focuses on delivering personalized resident service through close collaboration with all departments.

You will engage with residents and families, coordinate events, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
3–5 years of related operations or property management experience in hospitality or senior living is preferred.
Experience with elderly residents or senior populations strongly preferred.
Florida CAM License preferred or required if applicable.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations within assigned areas of the condominium property.
Directly supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, Event Coordinator, Office Administrator, and Landscaping functions; include scheduling and training.
Develop and maintain relationships with residents and personalize services to their needs.
Coordinate access, scheduling, and resolution of issues with residents, vendors, and service providers.
Monitor quality and timeliness of services; set clear performance expectations.
Collaborate with Managing Director to coordinate operations and maintain continuity of service.
