Job summary

Taylor Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Manager (Black Seal Licensed) to oversee a condominium's building systems, common areas, mechanical equipment, and maintenance staff. A valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License is required.

Oversee HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems; perform and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance; supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; respond to resident maintenance

Qualifications

Five or more years of commercial or residential building maintenance experience.
Three or more years of supervisory experience.
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe work practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance technology.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems.
Perform and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Participate in emergency on-call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
