Job summary

Taylor Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Manager (Black Seal Licensed) to oversee a condominium’s building systems and maintenance operations. The role requires a Black Seal Boiler Operator License and involves managing staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of commercial or residential building maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems.
• Perform and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Participate in emergency on-call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
