Highgate Hotels is seeking a Condo Accountant Hotel to manage accounting for residential and rental programs within the Accounting and Finance department. You will prepare owner statements, oversee distributions, and reconcile accounts to support timely monthly closes.

The role requires experience in condo/hotel accounting, strong proficiency with Windows and hotel systems, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in condo/hotel accounting or an accounting/finance degree with some experience.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; able to operate all hotel-specific systems.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; strong communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly owner statements for residential and rental programs.
• Calculate and process owner distributions and maintain payment records.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts; assist month-end close.
• Prepare journal entries with documentation; support audits and budget prep.
