Highgate is seeking a Condo Accountant Hotel for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, FL. The role focuses on managing the accounting for residential and rental programs, preparing owner statements, and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities include month-end close support, owner distributions, and coordinating with various departments on occupancy, revenue, and expenses. Candidates should have condo/hotel accounting experience and strong systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in condo/hotel accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and hotel systems.
• Ability to work long hours and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly owner statements and revenue allocations.
• Process owner distributions and maintain payment records.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts for properties.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with management on shared expenses and audits.
