Job summary

Grand Hyatt Vail seeks a Condo Property Coordinator to work with condo owners, answer inquiries, book reservations, and handle in-house needs. This role requires interacting with guests, owners, vendors, and contractors, while enforcing condominium policies and supporting the reservations team.

Responsibilities include site tours, inventory, and front desk check-in duties, under the guidance of the Property/General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be resourceful, self-motivated, able to multi-task, with strong work ethic and urgency; follow up with guests/owners.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and book reservations.
• Interact with potential guests/owners.
• Possible site tour visits and photo inventory.
• Coordinate and enforce condominium procedures and policies with property/General Manager guidance.
• Provide policy knowledge to reservations team and maintain lodging QA program knowledge.
• Reserve owner and owner guests' reservations and greet guests, vendors and owners at the office.
• Handle in-house guests' needs and pre-arrival requests; manage check-in at front desk and guest registration process.
