Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking a dynamic Bell Supervisor with a strong Front Office background to join our high-energy team. The role focuses on supervising the bell desk, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and delivering exceptional service in a ski-in/ski-out setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Front Office operations.
• Strong understanding of bell desk operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
• Eloquent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the bell desk, ensuring smooth guest arrival and departure experiences.
• Maintaining positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Ensuring the delivery of brand promise and providing exceptional guest service at all times.
• Supervising the handling of guest luggage, transportation arrangements, and related services.
• Ensuring bell associates maintain high grooming standards, professionalism, and service delivery.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to bell associates to enhance service quality and performance.
• Coordinating with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitoring lobby activities and maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.
• Ensuring adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
