Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Condominium Community Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance within a residential condominium community. You will support the Board of Directors and ensure exceptional customer service to homeowners.

This on-site role requires 3–5+ years of onsite property management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage vendors, prepare reports, and respond to maintenance needs promptly.

• Knowledge of property maintenance, vendor management and construction experience.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the condominium property, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents (CC&Rs, bylaws, policies).
• Oversees coordination and compliance of Modification Requests approved by the ADRC (Architectural Design & Review Committee).
• Conduct regular property reviews and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
