Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Condominium Board, staff, residents, and vendors.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.
• Forecast and track operating and capital expenses.
• Supervise capital projects.
• Track income and assessments collections.
• Use property management software and systems for reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of property management documents and laws.
• Execute emergency procedures.
• Supervise staff with training and delegation.
• Address complaints and solve problems.
• Inspect the property to ensure maintenance standards.
