Job summary

Related Management Company is seeking a Condominium Coordinator to support a luxury residential portfolio. You will serve as the link between owners, the Board, and management with a polished, solutions-oriented approach.

Under the Condominium Regional Manager, you’ll handle owner relations, billing inquiries, board meeting prep, and financial reporting while performing administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in condominium or property management, preferably luxury.
• Strong financial acumen including billing and variance reporting.
• Excellent communication and organization, ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between owners and Board, fostering professional relationships.
• Assist with owner inquiries, billing reviews, and payment processing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and monitor variances.
• Coordinate board meetings and communicate with residents.
• Maintain organized records and support general office admin.
