Highgate, a hospitality and real estate company, seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk for the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami. You will support the Accounting and Finance team with AR tasks, posting receipts, and ensuring accurate revenue records.

Ideal candidates hold an AA degree, 1–2 years in AR, and are proficient in Opera. This is an hourly, full-time role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience in AR or similar role.
• Proficient in Opera and monetary calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Verify and post receipts from lock box and local deposits.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices and maintaining records.
• Prepare reports and reconcile accounts receivable activity.
• Protect confidentiality of financial information and comply with policies.
