Job summary

CRH is seeking an AMAT SSC Travel and Expense Program Analyst to support our shared services. The role focuses on Concur administration, policy adherence, and driving improvements across the Travel and Expense program.

You will work with management to resolve escalated issues and participate in strategic projects to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have SAP Concur and corporate card experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP Concur administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Card functions within a Shared Service.
• Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sustain a culture of continuous improvement for travel and expense administration.
• Monitor and analyze inefficiencies to propose improvements.
• Maintain proper T&E controls and management controls.
• Provide training to cardholders and Concur users as needed.
