Randstad USA's client in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Lead / Superintendent to direct commercial concrete construction from mobilization through closeout. You will oversee field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and handle schedules, material procurement, and daily project execution in collaboration with Operations Managers and Field Leads.

The role requires 3+ years of field leadership in concrete construction (data center experience preferred) and no degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field leadership experience overseeing crews on concrete projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and self-perform concrete work; data center experience preferred.
• Leadership, communication and organizational skills to manage field operations and multiple priorities.

Our client is hiring a Project Lead / Superintendent to lead commercial concrete construction projects throughout the Columbus, OH market. This role will oversee field operations from mobilization through closeout, managing field crews, subcontractors, schedules, material procurement, and daily project execution while partnering closely with Operations Managers and Field Leads. The team is seeking an experienced field leader with a background in concrete construction who enjoys taking ownership of projects and leading crews in the field. This is an opportunity to join one of the nation's top subcontractors, beginning with a high-profile data center project.

Location: Plain City, Ohio

Job type: Permanent

Salary: $105,000 - 115,000 per year

Work hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial concrete projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and Field Leads while driving daily project execution.
• Manage project schedules, material procurement, concrete ordering, and field logistics throughout construction.
